tl;dr
Don't abuse swag, don't use it to break Discord's rules, and don't expect it to be perfect. By using swag or adding it to a server, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
who can use swag
You must be old enough to use Discord and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Anything they forbid is forbidden here too.
don't
abuse it
Spam commands, dodge cooldowns, or try to slow down, crash or overload the bot.
exploit it
Look for and use bugs to your advantage, including in the economy. Report them to us instead.
harm others
Use swag to harass people, raid or nuke servers, or spread illegal, hateful or explicit content.
automate it
Drive swag with selfbots, scripts or other bots, or scrape data from it.
misuse it
Use search, AI or media commands to find, make or share content that infringes copyright or breaks the law.
pretend
Impersonate swag, its developers or other users, or sell anything tied to the bot.
servers
A server's staff decide how swag is set up there and are responsible for what they configure, like welcome messages, triggers, tags and moderation actions. Moderation done through swag is done by your staff, not by us.
content
Some commands show content from other services, like search results, lyrics or social feeds, and AI responses can be wrong or inappropriate. We don't own or check that content and aren't responsible for it. Content you create with swag is yours, but you let us store and show it so the feature works.
economy
Coins have no real value. They can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money or anything else, and we may reset or adjust balances at any time.
enforcement
If you break these terms, we may blacklist you or your server from swag, with or without warning. You can stop using swag at any time by removing it from your server.
no guarantees
swag is free and provided as is. Features can change or disappear, and the bot can go down or lose data. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damage or loss from using it.
changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will change with it. Continuing to use swag after that means you accept the new version.
